Background
Based in Rathfarnham, AM Kirwan Construction have operated in the building sector for three generations. We specialise in new builds, extensions and renovations.
We have full builders insurance to include contractors risks, employers liability and public liability. We are also a member of the homebond insurance guarantee scheme for new builds since 2001.
We hold a current tax clearance certificate for grant jobs to include bathroom extensions etc.
